Video teleconference for 2 or more hours every week should start as soon as your Odyssey preparation has begun. This allows you to make sure you make the progress you want at an appropriate pace, are on track with your desired goals, and prevents drifting from preparation objectives.
1-2 months ahead of the exam. This allows the intense immersion in the exam mindset as you get closer to the exam date, reinforcing teaching points over multiple days, without any distractions.
